The purpose of the Donors Forum of Kentuckiana is to improve the effectiveness of local grant makers by exchanging ideas and information among members in an enviornment conducive to cooperation and collaboration, as well as monitoring trends and issues in philanthropy.

Membership is open to the following types of grant making organizations operating in Kentuckiana: Community foundations, corporate foundations, corporate giving programs, family foundations, independent foundations, operating foundations, private foundations, and other organizations for which grant making is a key component to their overall missions with the condition they will not seek grants from fellow member organizations.
